What’s Covered

Our warranty protects you against:

Manufacturing defects – including faulty components, poor workmanship, or build issues.

Electrical/mechanical failures that occur under normal use.

Performance faults – such as reduced efficiency or function not working as intended.

Replacement of faulty parts – if a part is defective, we will repair or replace it at no extra cost.

Full product replacement if a repair is not possible.

What’s Not Covered

To ensure fairness, the warranty does not cover:

General wear and tear from everyday use.

Accidental damage, misuse, neglect, or modifications made after purchase.

Damage caused by improper installation, lack of maintenance, or use outside the product’s intended purpose.

Consumables or accessories (e.g., batteries, chargers, nozzles, filters) unless proven faulty at delivery.

Cosmetic issues (scratches, dents, fading) that don’t affect function.

How to Claim

Contact our customer support team with your order number and a description of the issue.

Provide photos or videos showing the problem for faster assessment.

We will confirm whether your claim falls under the warranty cover.

If approved, we’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the issue.

Additional Notes

Warranty cover is valid for 12 months from the original purchase date.

All warranty replacements or repairs are free of charge.

Replacement items are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.

The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
